In a large bowl, mix meat mince, salt, black pepper, salt, bread crumbs, cornstarch, garlic powder, eggs, pineapple juice, soya sauce and make about 1-inch diameter balls by wetting your hands.
In a saucepan, add the brown sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and pineapple pieces. Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
In a baking dish, pour sauce over the meatballs and add pineapple pieces. Lightly mix the meatballs and add pineapple pieces. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

In a pot, add coconut milk, rice and 1-3/4 cup water and 1 tsp salt. Bring it to boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes until the rice is tender. Remove from heat.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Drain the shrimp and discard the marinade. Add shrimp to the pan, add salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in the cilantro.
In another bowl, toss cabbage with 3 tablespoons of lime juice, pineapple juice, oil and salt and pepper.
Serve the shrimp over rice with pineapple, cabbage and lime wedges.
Chop the coriander, freshly grind the pepper, wash and clean and devein the shrimp.
