A couple of years ago I trained seriously and tried to get everything from proper meals — rice, eggs, chicken, vegetables, the basics. It worked, but it took a lot of planning and cooking. Recently I started lifting again and I see so many people stacking different products. Part of me wonders if I’m overcomplicating things by focusing only on nutrition.
