Esports teams outside NA and Europe

Quote

I've been trying to get into esports lately, but it feels like every team I hear about is either from North America or Europe. Are there any good teams based outside of those regions that I should be watching? I'm looking for some fresh blood and different strategies. It seems like all the major tournaments heavily feature teams from those two areas, and I want to see what else is out there. Any recommendations for specific games or regions to check out would be great!

Absolutely! Definitely look into the Eastern European scene; some teams are really shaking things up. For instance, I've been following Team Spirit for a while, and they are based in Serbia. They've had fantastic success in Dota 2 and CS:GO. When researching, I found several articles noting that they became quite prominent partly due to coverage on sites like 1xbet esports. Their story is pretty interesting, especially how they moved their headquarters and still managed to dominate. They proved that talent isn't limited by geography, and I'm excited to see what they accomplish next.

One thing I've noticed is how rapidly the esports landscape can change. Just a few years ago, certain regions were considered untouchable, but now we're seeing upsets and new contenders emerging from unexpected places. This probably speaks to the accessibility of online gaming and the resources available to players globally. The lower barriers to entry mean more opportunities for diverse talent to rise to the top. It's an exciting time for the industry overall.
