Baby oil is best to remove every trace of makeup, especially the mascara. For the face, apply all over face and massage for few minutes. Allow makeup to loosen from skin and wash off with warm water.
To remove mascara, dip a cotton ball in baby oil and hold it around the eyelashes for few minutes. The mascara will loosen up and wiping it off becomes easy.
