    Absolutely true but unfortunately in India we dnt get berries easily.Berries are not only goid for skin but even strengthen our immune system

  3. Well, I’m India we have many other berries that are equally good or even better in many ways. Jamun, mulberry (tu tu), gooseberry Amla are to name some. All are packed with antioxidants.
