One of the most popular international cuisines in India is heart-winning Chinese Cuisine. Brought to India many years back by Hakka travellers, the roots of this cookery can be traced back to Kolkata.  But it was only in the 90s that these tangy sweet preparations emerged as a strong competitor to other popular Indian cuisines. The flavours then unknown to the Indian palate were an instant hit. The aroma soon reminded us of a festive occasion and of that joyful wolfing down of these interesting Asian preparations.
