  3. Garnish with spring onion and shredded carrot and serve hot.

  1. Sift the all-purpose flour.

  3. Add mayonnaise and sugar to the corn and onion mixture and combine well.
  4. Place the mixture in an oven-safe dish and spread evenly. Top the corn and onion mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Note:  Heat the oven to 260 degrees Celsius and keep the dish on the topmost rack.
