A traditional Ayurvedic wellness juice combining jamun and bitter gourd for cooling and blood sugar support.

Ingredients
- 200g fresh jamun
- 100g bitter gourd (karela), chopped
- 1 small piece of ginger (½ inch)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, add after cooling)
- ½ cup water
- Pinch of black salt
- Ice cubes
Method
- Wash the jamun and bitter gourd thoroughly. Remove jamun seeds.
- Add jamun, bitter gourd, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
- Strain through a fine sieve. Press gently to extract all juice.
- Pour into glasses. Add black salt and stir. Add honey only after cooling (heat destroys enzymes).
- Add ice and serve immediately.
