A fun Indian chaat twist where crisp papad cones are filled with a crunchy, tangy mixture of vegetables, corn, chutneys, and sev.

Ingredients
- 4 papads
- 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 small capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup sev or namkeen
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- Salt, to taste
Method
- Mix corn, onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli, and coriander in a bowl.
- Add chaat masala, black salt, salt, and lemon juice. Toss well.
- Roast the papads on a hot tawa until crisp.
- Immediately shape each papad into a cone and allow it to cool and set.
- Mix the sev or namkeen into the filling just before serving.
- Fill the papad cones with the chaat mixture and serve immediately.
Tip: Fill the papad cones just before serving to keep them crisp and crunchy.
