Ingredients
- 2 pieces mango
- 500 ml curd
- 3 tbsp milk powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation
- Add curd, sugar, milk, and milk powder to a bowl.
- Mix all of them well until they are combined together.
- Take 1/4th of the mixture in another small bowl and add mango pulp to it. Blend well.
- Transfer it again to a larger bowl and garnish it with mango cubes.
Mango Ice Cream

Cooking time: 360 minutes

Ingredients
- Pureed mangoes
- 100g condensed milk
- 1 tsp elaichi powder
- 1 pack whipping cream

Preparation
- Whip the cream at medium speed initially and then at full speed to get a foam-like consistency.
- Add milk and mango puree to the cream.
- Mix all the ingredients properly and add elaichi powder.

- Blend all the ingredients in a mixture.
- Pour it into a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Serve chilled.

- 500g mango pulp
- 0.05 cup sugar
- 2 packs of mango jelly

Preparation
- Add one cup of water and the mango jelly crystals to the mango pulp in a vessel.

- Meanwhile, add sugar to the cream and whip it.
- Let the mango mixture sit for some time. Once it cools down, add the whipping cream to the same and mix well.

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
- In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, chilli powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt and add water to make a thick batter.
- Pat the chicken wings dry using a paper towel.
- Batter them in the flour mixture and place the chicken wings on a wire baking sheet.
- Bake at 425ºF (220ºC) for 45 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
- Mix the mango, habanero peppers, garlic, paprika, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Blend until fully combined. The mixture should be a bright, orange, vibrant colour.
- In a saucepan, combine the honey with your mango habanero mixture over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until your sauce reaches a preferred consistency.
- Fully coat your cooked wings in the sauce, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 450ºF (230ºC) for 8-10 minutes or until the sauce has slightly caramelised.

- In a medium bowl, mix together cornstarch, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper with water until well combined. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated. Set aside.
- In a medium pot, combine the mango, chillies, water, garlic, honey and salt. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Place the pot over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Whisk in the butter and continue cooking until the sauce is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In the air fryer basket, arrange the chicken wings in a single layer. Air fry the chicken wings for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken wings and continue air frying for 8 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the cooked wings to a bowl and toss with the sauce.
